What method do you use for shipping?
Our items are sent via USPS (United States Postal Service) First Class Mail. If you desire another shipping method, you will be responsible for the shipping cost. We will only charge you what the ACTUAL cost is; we do not pad our shipping rates.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We do! For an additional reasonably priced fee (usually under $3 per item/box, your item can be placed into an appropriate sized jewelry box and wrapped in the theme you choose, from wedding, showers and birthdays to any other occasion! Printed nametags (with or without messages) can also be added upon request.
Do you have other shops or websites?
We do have a couple other sites that we sell from online. We sell crafting, beading, sewing and scrapbooking supplies at www.LaceysAngelheart.Etsy.com and we sell handmade items at www.LaceysAngelheartToo.Etsy.com. Shipping can be combined with any of the other Laceys' sites.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship within 48 hours and most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary but are usually within 2 weeks.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
At this time, we are only shipping to the USA and Canada.
